Return/Exchange
Simply return any item within 30 days of receiving it and get 100% of your money back. We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to us within 30 days of the shipping date in unused and perfect condition, with items and parts included. All sale items are final sale & not returnable. Items which are received after 30 days will not be accepted & returned to the customer. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

How to shop online
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "View Shopping Basket " button on the menu bar at the right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "Go to Check Out" icon located on any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of the item names, and then by clicking "Update Price" button.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your Shopping Basket, click on the "Go to Check Outt" button in your Shopping Basket. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.

Lost Passwords
If you have created an account with us before, but cannot remember your password, you can recover your password by providing your email address in the lost password feature. Your password will then be emailed to you.

Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Which credit cards do you accept?
LantanaLife.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. Lantanalife.com currently does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where Lantanalife.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only South Carolina.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. Once you have received your order you can use our Return/Exchange policy as described above.
